Understanding the user to whom the project is directed is the basis of creating a project that is really capable of generating a difference. In Innovation Lab by Druids we do it with Design Thinking, which is a work methodology that allows us to work on clear objectives that can be achieved through knowing the needs of users, using multidisciplinary teams that apply the iteration as a basic principle of improvement while advancing with the project.
Lego Serious Play
Playing now makes a lot of sense.
‘Through the game we bring teams together and get them to focus all their creative potential’
In a session of Lego Serious Play and through the joint work of facilitator and participants we get a greater involvement of the team both individually and at the group level and a degree of involvement that would be difficult to achieve with other methodologies.
